Aviation
The NWE team has a deep pedigree in military and commercial aviation. Our flying instructional skills have been honed within Air Force, civilian and commercial training environments, whilst consulting projects include costing analysis of the Scentre Group corporate aircraft fleet, Hawk Mk127 Lead-in-Fighter gap analysis, AIR5428 Pilot Training Learning Environment requirements, Joint Strike Fighter courseware delivery and simulation policy development for the RNZAF.
Logistics
NWE experts have deployed logistics experience in austere environments for the civilian support element to LOGCAP3 for the US Army in the Middle East and Camp Bastion hard/soft FM in Afghanistan for the UK MOD. Previous consulting tasks include a supply chain analysis review for Transfield’s support to offshore detention centres for DFAT, examining key distribution channels as well as sourcing of dry/non-perishable goods.
Energy & Mining
We have regional oversight board experience with KBR, the PMCA for resources projects such as the $64B Gorgon offshore LNG project at Barrow Is, the $19B onshore Ichthys build and the $4b Pilbara Iron Ore mine upgrade for Rio Tinto.
